How much notice do you require?
Online Shop Items
Our SHOP is on a first come first serve basis. We do our very best to keep as much in stock as possible so that we can serve you quickly!
We typically require 2-3 weeks notice for our PRE-ORDER MENU times (bake shop cakes, cookie cakes, macarons). The earlier the better to ensure availability as some dates become fully booked sooner. If you have less notice however, we will always do our best to accommodate!
Wedding & Event Orders
We recommend booking weddings and larger events 8-12 months in advance.
How do I store my cake?
We recommend eating your cake and freshly baked goods within 24 hours, however if your event is the following day, please store your cake in the refrigerator and remove a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving to ensure it has fully come to room temperature. Eating your cake at room temperature is important, to ensure that the cake is moist and tender and your buttercream is creamy and smooth.
How do I transport my cake?
We recommend that cakes be transported on a flat surface in your car. The trunk or floor of your car is best. We also recommend that you clear out these spots in your vehicle prior to picking up your cake to ensure that nothing will bump into or fall on your cake. We do not recommend transporting your cake on the seat of a car.
Do you have a minimum order?
Our pre-order menu items have a minimum quantity required. Please see the item notes regarding minimum quantities.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery on 3+ tier cakes as well as our full sweet tables. We currently do not offer delivery on other items at this time.
Please inquire for delivery availability.
If I show you a picture of a cake, can you make it like that?
Inspiration photos are very helpful in the design process. Invitations, colour palettes, florals, decor etc. are great sources of inspiration! Cake photos are also welcome, and we can pull inspiration from those, but please note that other artists work will not be replicated.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We will gladly accommodate where possible and have alternatives for gluten and dairy, however please note that all of our baked goods are made in the same kitchen as gluten, dairy and nuts and therefore we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
